As spring brings warmth and light, brilliance begins to bloom. On the occasion of the 116th International Women’s Day, SBK hosted the “Light & Shadow Rendezvous: She Shines in Her Own Light” event on the afternoon of March 6, 2026. To honor the strength of women in the modern era, enrich their cultural life, and express the company’s care, all female employees were invited to a special movie screening—sharing a warm and memorable moment while celebrating every woman who shines in both her career and her life through the art of film.
The event was designed to celebrate her power, create her moments, spark her resonance, and inspire her creativity. As a company deeply rooted in the healthcare industry, SBK values the growth and development of its female employees. With strength that is both gentle and resilient, they contribute across R&D, production, quality control, marketing, and service. Their professionalism and dedication help safeguard health, while their care and perseverance drive the company’s high-quality growth—making them an essential force behind SBK’s progress.
The venue was thoughtfully arranged, creating a relaxing and uplifting space just for female employees. Everyone gathered to watch the classic female-empowerment film Thelma & Louise. Through the film’s powerful storyline, they experienced the strength of women breaking free from constraints, pursuing their dreams, and supporting one another, while reflecting on the qualities of independence, resilience, and courage. The film’s themes of dreams, bravery, and self-discovery resonated deeply with the women in attendance. In the interplay of light and shadow, they saw reflections of themselves, connected with one another, and drew courage and strength from the stories on screen.
After the screening, a cozy dinner was arranged for further conversation. Employees shared their reflections on the film while exchanging experiences from work and life. In a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, women from different roles and age groups connected, strengthened friendships, and enjoyed a warm and meaningful holiday moment together—filled with laughter and a genuine sense of care from the SBK community.
This International Women’s Day event not only gave female employees a chance to relax and recharge, but also conveyed respect and appreciation for women through a meaningful cultural experience, reflecting the company’s people-centered and caring culture. Many participants shared that they would turn the inspiration from the event into renewed motivation at work—approaching their roles with greater enthusiasm and initiative. They remain committed to contributing their “her power” to innovation in biopharmaceuticals and continuing to write new chapters of dedication in their own style, bringing more wisdom and strength to the company’s steady growth.
Looking ahead, the company will continue to support the growth of female employees by creating more opportunities for empowerment and connection, enriching employees’ cultural life, and fostering a workplace that respects, supports, and helps women thrive. Together, these efforts will bring employees together and contribute to the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
