Reflecting on 2023, every SBK team member showcased dedication, creativity, and perseverance in their roles, contributing to a year of meaningful progress.

A Glorious Review · Honoring Excellence

To open the ceremony, Mr. Tan Shaojun, SBK’s Founder and Chairman, delivered an inspiring address, highlighting the company’s key breakthroughs in 2023 and outlining strategic plans for 2024. Mr. Tan reflected: “From a founding team of just three to five people to now over fifty strong—and from a single pipeline to twelve—SBK has charted a remarkable course over the past eight years. We’ve overcome immense challenges with resilience, driven by our unwavering commitment to innovation and confidence in our future.” As we step into 2024, SBK will consolidate its achievements, tackle new challenges in pharmaceutical innovation, and strive toward even greater milestones.

Dr. Cen Guodong, SBK’s Founder and General Manager, reflected on the past year from three key perspectives: performance, talent development, and corporate culture—recognizing achievements, addressing areas for improvement, and setting clear expectations for the future. SBK thrives through innovation, grows through development, stays grounded through perseverance, and discovers infinite potential in its imperfections.

Mr. Yang Maoting, co-founder and shareholder of the company, expressed his sincere gratitude to all hardworking colleagues and shared his deep pride in SBK’s growth, wishing the company a future driven by innovation.
