At 9:00 AM on January 27, 2024, SBK held its 2023 Annual Awards & Performance Review Conference. The event was hosted by Ms. Chen Xumei, Director of Administration and Human Resources, and attended by Dr. Cen Guodong, Chairman and General Manager, along with department heads and nominees for both annual and quarterly awards.

During the conference, the company highlighted exemplary role models to provide guidance and motivation. The awards process included selections for Outstanding Employees of Q4 2023, Annual Outstanding Employees, Rising Stars, Outstanding Management Personnel, and Outstanding Teams. Through an open, fair, and transparent anonymous voting process, the final selections for both annual and quarterly outstanding individuals were determined. Winners will be publicly recognized at the 2024 Annual Gala & Awards Ceremony.

Following the awards selection, department heads and team leaders delivered comprehensive and objective reports on their respective areas of responsibility for 2023. These reports aimed to clarify roles, reflect on experiences, identify areas for improvement, and outline concrete plans and next steps for the coming year.

After the presentations, Dr. Cen Guodong provided personalized feedback—acknowledging accomplishments, pinpointing weaknesses, and setting clear expectations for future performance:

Second, team leadership: Align teams around shared goals, foster clear and effective communication, and build strong talent pipelines to support long-term growth.

They should also work to elevate their perspective, expand their thinking, and continuously grow in knowledge to support multidimensional leadership.
